in honor of ~

In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday I thought I'd post a scrapbook page ( some may have seen this before ) that I made of my son Sam, using a quote of Dr. Seuss.

That quote just fits my son so well.  On this particular day ( which was about 5 years ago) he was sanding down his old truck ~ getting it ready for a paint job.  That's paint dust all over his hands ... and it was all over everything else in the garage for some time afterwards.  It also showed up in the house, in the laundry, the bathroom sink, the living room furniture,  the carpeting, on the dog, in his hair, on the ice cream scoop, etc...

Yep ... that's my Sam.
