I know... it's a double post day!
It really is a beautiful day with all this fresh new snow ... so I thought I'd post a few more pics of it.

Hopefully, this is the last snow storm for March ... but I doubt it. I really do love snowy days ~ and it's a good thing, because we sure have enough of them! I just get a little stir crazy sometimes when winter drags on ... as my prior posts have indicated. I think what gets me the most is that winter just last soooooooooo long here. I love the four distinct seasons that we have here in northern WI; but it would be nice if they were more evenly spaced. Oh well ... nothing I can do about that ... so I'll just enjoy each day as it is ... after all ... This is the day The Lord has made ~ let us rejoice and be glad in it!
Until next time ...
So it goes in my neck of the woods.

Amen, Sister~ it sure did get gorgeous out once the sun came out., and it isn't even cold out.
ReplyDeleteBy the weekend, most of the snow will probably be gone, or at least we can hope.

ReplyDeleteYour pictures are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteIt would be so hard to get upset by something so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh at a comment I heard on TV about Wisconsin referring to a 5 week growing season. Sure it was an exaggeration but I thought of you immediately.
Amen, Mel... This IS the day the Lord has made.... Let us REJOICE.... We had storms last night with tornados nearby. SCARY... BUT--we are fine!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the newly fallen snow... It's so gorgeous. Hugs,
Betsy
You are right, our joy isn't contingent upon the weather! BUT, a sunny day sure does heighten the spirits. We've been having a melt around here and it is just so good ... so to come to your blog and see more snow ... well, let's just say I hope it doesn't come here.
ReplyDeleteYour snowfall is beautiful, but I'm glad it's there instead of here.:)
